Our WHY:

We create so you can build memories.

When you look back on your life, you’re going to remember laughing with friends, enjoying barbeques with family, watching snow fall, celebrating birthdays, and your child’s first steps.

Life is about building memories.

Our building memories approach is threefold:

  1. DESIGN WITH INTENTION We believe great projects start long before the build begins. By thinking through layout, use, materials, and long-term function early, we help create spaces that feel considered, cohesive, and right for the people living in them.

  2. LOW MAINTENANCE MATERIALS & TRIED-AND-TRUE INSTALLATION METHODS We focus on materials, details, and construction choices that hold up over time. The goal is not just a finished project that looks great now, but one that continues to perform with less maintenance and fewer recurring issues.joitech+2

  3. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PRACTICES will minimize time and worry related to your construction project.

    OWNER/OPERATIONS

    Purdue University: Building Construction Management

Brad W. founded CoCreate to bring a more thoughtful, well-managed approach to construction in Colorado Springs and the Southern Front Range. As owner and operations lead, he combines formal training in Building Construction Management from Purdue University with more than 25 years of hands-on industry experience. Over the course of his career, Brad has been part of more than 3,000 projects with a combined value of over $150 million, giving him the depth of experience to lead projects with clarity, discipline, and confidence.

At CoCreate, Brad focuses on the parts of construction that matter most to clients but are often overlooked: communication, coordination, expectations, and follow-through. He works closely with clients and project stakeholders throughout the process to help ensure each project is well planned, well executed, and aligned with the way the space will actually be used. That experience also supports his Class A-2 building license and reinforces the standard of care behind CoCreate’s work.

Brad’s approach is rooted in the belief that construction should improve everyday life, not complicate it. Whether the project is a deck, patio cover, exterior upgrade, or larger improvement, his goal is to help create spaces that are durable, functional, and enjoyable for years to come. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his two daughters and keeping up with his favorite sports teams.
