Our story
CoCreate Construction was founded on a simple idea: the spaces we build are where life actually happens. Owner Brad Ward believes construction should be about more than the build itself. It should be about the memories a family makes in that space for years afterward.
Brad brings 25+ years of hands-on residential and commercial construction and a building construction management degree from Purdue University. Across his career he has been part of more than 3,500 finished projects worth over $170 million, from custom homes to large commercial builds.
What sets CoCreate apart is not just the craftsmanship, but the experience around it: clear communication, real coordination, honest expectations, and reliable follow-through. Those were the things Brad felt were missing in the industry, so he built a company around them, right here in Colorado Springs.
